光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，離不開地方政府的大力推動(dòng)，尤其在國家補(bǔ)貼正式退出歷史舞臺(tái)后，地方補(bǔ)貼取而代之，成為了提高市場投資熱情，擴(kuò)大裝機(jī)需求的重要“潤滑劑”。地方補(bǔ)貼政策公允與否，在一定程度上也被視為衡量當(dāng)?shù)厥袌霭l(fā)展?fàn)顩r的一大參考指標(biāo)。三月以來，陸續(xù)又有新的補(bǔ)貼出爐，尤其在最近一周，3地連發(fā)文件補(bǔ)貼光伏，這無疑為2022年行業(yè)的發(fā)展，注入了信心和力量。廣州黃埔區(qū)、開發(fā)區(qū)，非公共機(jī)構(gòu)0.15元/度、公共機(jī)構(gòu)0.3元/度。3月14日，廣州黃埔區(qū)、開發(fā)區(qū)發(fā)布了一則“關(guān)于組織開展2022年度第一批分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目投資方發(fā)電量補(bǔ)貼資金申報(bào)工作的通知”。通知明確：補(bǔ)貼范圍為2021年5月20日至2022年2月28日期間的發(fā)電量。補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為：應(yīng)用方（屋頂方）為非公共機(jī)構(gòu)的按0.15元/千瓦時(shí)；應(yīng)用方（屋頂方）為公共機(jī)構(gòu)的按0.3元/千瓦時(shí)。
